業務内容

本ポジションでは、ABBエレクトリフィケーション事業本部サービス事業部に所属します。

手順書及び業務指示に従い、ABBの品質および安全基準に基づいて顧客先でサービス業務を遂行して頂きます。

■取り扱う製品群： 受配電設備（高圧スイッチギア、低圧スイッチギア、保護継電器、リングメインユニット、変圧器、遮断器等）、UPS、瞬低補償装置

■サービス内容 ：据付立ち合い、試運転調整、メンテナンス、トラブル対応など

■お客様 ：大手ハイパースケーラーデータセンター、大手半導体工場、リニューアブル（太陽光、風力）関係など

主な役割

• 現場において顧客と連携し、顧客のオペレーション改善や課題解決のための機会を特定します

• 現場またはリモートでのサービス業務を遂行し、担当可能なサービス領域および製品に関して技術的課題を特定し、分析・対応を行います

• サービス業務に必要な資材リストを作成し、必要な資材・部品・機器が適切な品質で確保されていることを確認します

要件

• 日本の自動車運転免許必須

• 出張（短期及び長期）が多く発生するポジションですので、対応可能である事

• 電気の経験は不問、トレーニングを受けて頂いた後、業務について頂きます

• ビジネスレベルの日本語力　※電気の経験がある方は日常会話レベル以上

• マイクロソフトエクセルの基本操作

Job Description

In this position, you will belong to the Electrification Business Area, Service Division at ABB.
You will execute service work at customer sites in accordance with established procedures and work instructions, while adhering to ABB’s quality and safety standards.

Products Handled

• Power distribution equipment such as:

  • Medium-voltage switchgear

  • Low-voltage switchgear

  • Protection relays

  • Ring Main Units (RMU)

  • Transformers

  • Circuit breakers

  • UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) systems

  • Voltage sag compensation systems

Service Scope

• Supervision of installation

• Commissioning and adjustment

• Maintenance

• Troubleshooting

Customers

• Large hyperscale data center operators

• Major semiconductor manufacturers

• Renewable energy sector (solar, wind, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with customers on-site to identify opportunities to improve operations and resolve technical challenges

• Perform field service activities (both on-site and remote), identify technical issues, and conduct analysis within assigned service areas and certified product lines

• Prepare material lists required for service activities and ensure that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and meet required quality standards

Requirements

• Valid Japanese driver’s license

• Willingness to travel frequently (both short-term and long-term assignments)

• No prior electrical experience required

  • Training will be provided before assignment

• Business-level Japanese proficiency

  • Candidates with electrical experience may qualify with conversational-level Japanese

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
