As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and enhance client engagements. This role requires actively shaping strategies by integrating emerging ideas and collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs. The position demands a balance of technical insight, business understanding, and effective communication to foster trusted advisor relationships. Daily activities include guiding teams, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring that delivery outcomes align with both client expectations and organizational goals, thereby strengthening the company s reputation in the marketplace.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build collective expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technical and business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Information Management System (IMS) Database, COBOL, Agile Project Management, Mainframe DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of database management and optimization techniques related to IBM IMS environments.
- Experience in integrating IMS database solutions within complex enterprise architectures.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot performance issues in mainframe database systems.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies in technology delivery.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to implement scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in IBM Information Management System (IMS) Database.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
