Avanade Client Account Lead

What You'll Do
Build and maintain enduring client relationships based on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of client goals and priorities.
Own and execute the account vision and strategy, aligning business objectives across Avanade, Accenture, Microsoft, and client stakeholders.
Drive customer value by connecting solutions, services, and delivery outcomes to measurable business results and long-term client success.
Lead account growth planning, including pipeline development, opportunity shaping, upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and strategic account execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated solutions that address clients’ evolving needs and support sustainable growth.
Monitor account health, stakeholder engagement, and delivery progress while proactively identifying risks, resolving challenges, and creating new opportunities.
Provide strategic guidance to ensure commitments are achievable, delivery expectations are aligned, and business outcomes are realized.
Leverage industry and business insights to anticipate client needs, identify market trends, and shape future opportunities.

In addition to base pay, this Sales role is eligible for additional incentive compensation under the Sales Achievement Bonus Plan which is based on achievement toward individual sales targets, subject to Plan terms.
