WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

The Team Lead, Ticket Validation supports the Validation Attendant team to ensure they Guests are utilizing the correct lift access product and educating the guest about the features and benefits of each  access products to best meet their needs.

• Checking Guest’s access passes at lift lines and other access locations that use RFID gates and scanners.

• Interacting with guests – Share passion and knowledge of Blue Mountain and help orient guests to the Mountain; Explain each attraction and communicate the individual restrictions and age requirements.

• Helping move and support flow of guests at specific validation pinch points in lift lines.

• Providing assistance for guests who may need support having their passes scanned.

• Organizing the work of Validation Attendants on shift; ensures that individual team members are stationed at the priority Lift Lines based on data, creates and communicates daily break schedule, assists Attendants in their guest service interactions as required.
