As the Team Lead EDI US/CA/MX, you will lead EDI operations, customer integrations, and strategic initiatives across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. You will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of business transactions that power our Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, Distribution Centers, Finance, and Accounts Receivable processes. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you will serve as a trusted partner to customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams, driving operational excellence, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across the region.

About the Job 

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of EDI Analysts, including workload planning, capability building, performance management, and business continuity coverage.

• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and support of trading partner integrations; manage critical escalations and customer-facing issue resolution.

• Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Distribution Centers, Logistics, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Order Fulfillment, and IT to translate business needs into effective EDI and integration solutions.

• Oversee SAP customer setup and EDI integration activities for US, Canada, and Mexico, ensuring alignment with ANSI X12, UN/EDIFACT, and evolving integration capabilities such as APIs and middleware platforms.

• Own Americas EDI prioritization, demand intake, roadmap input, KPI governance, SLA discipline, reporting routines, and operational dashboarding.

• Monitor transaction volumes, exception trends, service-level performance, onboarding metrics, and recurring issue patterns to identify risks, process gaps, automation opportunities, and business-value improvements.

• Drive root-cause analysis, error prevention, process standardization, audit readiness, and sustainable corrective and preventive actions across EDI operations.

• Lead EDI workstreams for regional and global transformation programs; coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

• Represent EDI in regional and global governance forums and contribute to business cases, investment prioritization, capacity forecasting, resource planning, and team succession planning.

About You 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in EDI, B2B integrations, customer onboarding, supply chain systems, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3 years of leadership, people management, or team lead experience.

• Strong knowledge of ANSI X12, UN/EDIFACT, EDI transaction flows, customer integration processes, SAP/S4 customer setup, middleware, and integration technologies.

• Experience in global retail, apparel, consumer goods, wholesale, or distribution environments preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, prioritization, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools, service-management workflows, data governance, audit controls, compliance, operational risk, and business continuity.

• Project management, Lean Six Sigma, process improvement, or equivalent certification preferred.
