Interested what will be your tasks?

• Organize workload in the team, set priorities, manage stand-in planning, and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Hold regular team meetings and one-on-ones to provide feedback, address concerns, and support development.

• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Oversee daily AP/accounting operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

• Monitor team KPIs, prepare reports, and highlight improvement opportunities.

• Act as a Business Partner to internal and external stakeholders, providing timely and accurate support.

• Contribute to audits, lead walkthroughs, and propose efficiency improvements.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements, cost savings, and drive change initiatives.

• Serve as an advisor and mentor to team members in their professional growth.

This role requires to work 25% US Time.
Working patterns for US shift are 13:30 – 22:00 (Mon – Friday)
There are extra benefits for employees covering US time:

What kind of energy are we looking for?

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience in Finance/Accounting/Controlling.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance.

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; proficiency in MS Outlook and other MS Office tools.

• FIA Diploma, Diploma in IFRS, or ACCA/CIMA in progress (preferred but not required).

• Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems; experience with AP automation tools is an advantage.

• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including invoice flow, purchase orders vs. non-PO, and payment runs.

• Ability to prepare and interpret AP performance metrics (e.g., aging reports, blocked invoices, open items).

• Experience in risk assessment, SOX control design, and supporting SOX implementation and execution.

• Strong communicator and collaborative team player with leadership experience.

• Detail-oriented and analytical, with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Adaptable and professional, focused on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Information about the selection process
This position is being filled as a maternity/parental leave cover. While the role is initially offered on a fixed-term basis, there may be an opportunity for continued employment within the company following the employee's return, depending on business needs and available opportunities.

The starting salary is at min 2 000 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.

This amount is our minimal offered salary. Clarios values each and every candidate and we ensure our compensation package aligns with your professional experience and your expectation.
