Title: Trade Marketing Specialist

Reports To: AFM Sales Training Leader

• 配合负责人完成零售项目（合同、终端数据追踪、供应商管理，物料包）、市场营销及销售培训的日常运营与协调，保障各项目准确、高效、按时执行；

• 通过数据收集、分析提炼业务最佳实践，输出改进方案，协同内外部相关方，为销售团队赋能，支撑业务增长。

工作内容：

• 零售项目管理

• 负责零售店项目申报，审核、执行与进度追踪，合同预审及落地执行；

• 跟进终端门店的项目执行、数据跟踪，分析各类门店实时数据；

• 负责零售物料包申请，分发、供应商管理，支撑销售人员相关专项活动，持续优化项目流程

• 协助落地各类市场活动（POSM 物料派发、路演、研讨会等），筛选供应商进行物料申请及相关流程。

• 跟踪促销项目结果，完成效果分析、总结经验提出优化建议

• 收集市场及竞品信息，输出分析报告，适当给出合理建议。

• 销售培训运营与赋能

• 配合完成年度培训调研、能力评估，落地年度销售培训规划及销售赋能项目；

• 统筹培训相关工作：学员课程安排、场地物料、线上/线下培训实施；

• 对接培训相关内外部相关人员及供应商，处理合同及付款流程；

• 管理电子学习平台，负责课程上传维护推广；

• 开展销售人员数据收集，记录、分析与报告输出，协助设计评估工具追踪业务达成结果。

• 开展跨部门协同（销售、零售、市场、采购，财务等）；

• 定期汇总分析数据并同步销售团队；发掘业务优秀案例，配合负责人针对流程、供应商管理、营销及培训方案提供改进建议；

• 完成上级安排的其他项目支持工作。

岗位要求：

• 本科及以上学历，市场营销、商务、经管类等相关专业优先；
• 3-5年及以上售后市场渠道、营销运营，项目管理等相关工作经验，具备店面运营、销售培训项目，供应商管理实操经验优先；至少 3年量化数据分析经验；
• 熟悉跨部门协作，具备优秀业务敏感度/责任心，善于对内对外沟通协调，中英文读写流利；
• 较强逻辑梳理能力，主动性强，擅长多任务并行处理；
• 熟练使用 Office 套件（Excel、PPT、Word）；
• 能够适应灵活工作节奏，善于倾听多方诉求，自我驱动、做事有条理。
