Job Purpose:

TD SYNNEXの今後のビジネス成長のエンジンとなるAggregatorビジネスモデルを推進するブロードコムビジネス部門に所属し、Broadcom社のセキュリティ製品(製品: Symantec, Carbon Black)のプロダクトマネジメントを担当頂きます。

プロダクトマネジメントはAggregatorビジネスの中心機能として、ベンダーであるBroadcom社と密に連携をしながら、事業成長に向けた戦略策定から日々の安定した見積り・受発注オペレーションまで幅広く役割を担います。

今回募集のポジションはProduct Manager（Indivdual Contributor）として、主に下記業務をご担当頂きます。

Responsibilities:

1. 商品/価格管理・見積オペレーション 【50％】                                                
 　- 上長およびGo-To-Marketチームと共同での商品/価格戦略の立案                  
　 - 販売店向けの特別価格施策・リベートプログラムの管理                                 
　 - ERPシステムへの商品登録とメンテナンス                                                
　 - 見積オペレーションのリードタイムリーな見積り実行と管理             
　 - 拡販に向けた販促キャンペーンの企画立案と実行（マーケティングと連携)

2. サブスクリプションモデルの契約更新管理 【20%】             

　 - アクティブ契約の契約更新状況の管理                                                
 　- 見積状況および受注状況のモニタリングとアクションの立案

     - 契約更新率の向上に向けたアクションの企画および実行
　（ハイタッチセールス、カスタマーサクセスと連携）

                                                                             
3. ベンダーリレーションシップマネジメント 【30%】

      - Broadcom社との定例ミーティングへの参加と共同タスクの管理

　 - 受発注プロセスにおけるイレギュラー対応のリード（Broadcom社への確認と調整を含む）                                                
 　- 商品購入に関するエンドユーザー、リセラー/パートナー(販売店)からの問い合わせ対応 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

プロダクトマーケティング経験5年以上、もしくは商品企画 or 購買経験5年以上
