ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and direct all service delivery engagements, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor professionals and managers within the service delivery function.
• Allocate and optimize resources to meet financial and operational objectives.
• Shape and integrate strategic direction across product, brand, and design teams.
• Develop and maintain departmental structure and long-term development strategy.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery across multiple platforms.
• Ensure strategic alignment and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Provide insight and judgment to resolve complex challenges and deliver measurable results.
• Oversee vendor and contractor relationships, including budget management and performance.
• Establish and monitor performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and credibility.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture across the organization.
• Define and manage operational KPIs and standards for technical teams to maintain service quality and stability.
• Collaborate with BU leaders and external partners to support go-to-market initiatives and scalable technical service delivery.
• Oversee technical service operations, including incident management and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear customer communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in service delivery or operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with vendor management and budget oversight.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
