About the Role

Figure Technologies is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead, Technology to own and elevate hiring across our Technology organization.

As our primary technical recruiter, you’ll work directly with Technology leaders to find and close some of the best talent in the country across Software Engineering, AI, Data, IT, Information Security, Tech Business Operations, and other technical functions. You’ll play a critical role in deciding who joins Figure and who we build the company with.

This is a senior individual contributor role with real ownership. We move quickly, priorities shift, and there won’t always be an established playbook. You’ll bring clarity to ambiguity, fix what isn’t working, and build lightweight solutions that help us hire faster, not slower, without compromising the talent bar.

What You’ll Do

• Own Technology recruiting end-to-end, from search strategy and sourcing through offer and close.
• Partner directly with Technology leaders to define what exceptional looks like and translate business needs into focused hiring strategies.
• Build creative sourcing and talent-mapping strategies for senior, specialized, and hard-to-find talent.
• Bring market insight, data, and recruiting judgment to help teams make faster, better hiring decisions.
• Protect Figure’s talent bar and bring strong judgment to who should become our next colleague.
• Strengthen how we scope roles, assess talent, interview, close candidates, and deliver the candidate experience.
• Build simple, scalable hiring practices that improve speed and consistency without unnecessary process.
• Spot when a search is off track, diagnose why, and change the approach quickly.
• Use AI, automation, and recruiting technology to increase leverage and improve how we work.
• Serve as the internal expert on Technology talent across Talent Acquisition.

What We Look For

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 5+ years focused on technical talent.
• Broad technical recruiting experience across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data, IT, Information Security, and technical business or support functions.
• A track record of identifying and closing senior, specialized, and difficult-to-reach talent across multiple technical disciplines.
• Exceptional sourcing ability and a history of building strong pipelines proactively, not relying on inbound.
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to quickly understand new domains and build credibility with Technology leaders.
• Exceptional talent judgment and an instinct for the difference between someone who can do the job and someone who will make your team stronger.
• A strong sense of ownership and pride in the people you bring into an organization.
• A track record of creating structure, improving processes, and operating effectively when the answer isn’t already defined.
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort using data to inform decisions and change course.
• Experience with modern recruiting technology, AI, automation, and sourcing tools.
• A bias for action and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Adhere to all company security policies and data handling procedures.
• Complete mandatory security awareness training within required timeframes.
• Promptly report any suspected security incidents or suspicious activity to the Security team.

Salary

• Base Compensation Range: $120,000 - $150,000/yr
• 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly 
• Company equity in the form of RSUs

This is the compensation range for the role in the United States. Actual compensation may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, location, internal equity, and evolving business needs. While most offers are generally made within the middle of the range, final compensation is determined based on the factors above.
