Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (12-Month Maternity Cover) to join our Human Resources team, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Director.
In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK/EMEA region, with a strong focus on technical and technology hiring. You will partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract high-quality talent across a range of specialist and technical disciplines.
You will also support university relations and employer branding initiatives across the region and collaborate with the global TA team as required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment across UK/EMEA, with a strong focus on technical and specialist roles across multiple business units and countries.
Partner with hiring managers to understand business and technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Proactively source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent databases and other relevant channels, building pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
Provide hiring managers with talent market insights, including candidate availability, skills trends and market conditions.
Deliver a consistent, efficient hiring process and a best-in-class candidate experience.
Build strong partnerships with the business, HR CoEs and HRBPs.
Support employer branding, university recruitment, STEM/early-career and ID&E initiatives across the region.
Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team on wider recruitment initiatives and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development or a relevant related field.
Required
At least 4 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 - 3 years of hands-on technical recruitment experience within an in-house and/or agency environment.
Demonstrable experience recruiting across technology, engineering, software, infrastructure, data, digital or other specialist technical disciplines.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and hard-to-fill searches, including direct sourcing of passive talent.
Experience using ATS, CRM and sourcing/talent intelligence tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across different countries.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
