About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) technical lead within the Digital Technology Enablement, Enterprise Access Management organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Saviynt configurations and implementations, with a focus on identity governance and administration. This is a critical role in leading the development and implementation of centralized and harmonized enterprise user access management product for Sanofi business application. The objective is to develop a Harmonized and Centralized Access Management solution with robust compliance capabilities.  ​

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Saviynt workflows and platforms.
• Configure and manage Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access certifications
• Develop and maintain integrations and connectors including but not limited to Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for system operations
• Oversee user identity lifecycle management
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of Saviynt systems
• Create and maintain technical specifications documentation in confluence.
• Utilize ISPM to manage reports, dashboards, and analytics
• Implement and manage access models (RBAC and ABAC) within Saviynt
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements (JIRA Enablers)
• Execute deployment and change management processes using both manual and automated DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub, Terraform)
• Ensures that Digital Product/computerized system meets all controls to address applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements.

About You

Skills and Qualifications:

·       Experience:

• 3-6 years of experience in Saviynt configurations and implementations
• Proficiency in SQL query writing and optimization.
• Management of Groups - Maintained security and distribution groups, including dynamic groups in Entra ID based on department and location attributes.
• Experience with APIs development for both master data sync for upstream systems (Active directory, workday, etc.) and automatic provisioning for target applications.
• Experience with ISPM for reporting, dashboard creation, and analytics
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub and Terraform
• Strong working experience with regulated environment preferably in pharmaceutical industries.
• Good understanding of SOX and GxP.

·       Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Modeling or relevant field.
• Saviynt Advanced IGA certification (preferred)

·       Functional & Technical Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of
  • User Access Management.
  • Role based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC).
  • User Access Review
  • Segregation of Duties (SOD).
  • Role Catalog
  • On-Off boarding of users.
• Integration of Saviynt with SAP for access management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. 
• Good understanding of Confluence, JIRA, & XRAY.

·       Business Acumen:

• Strong understanding of IGA domain. 
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.  

·       Communication and Collaboration:

• Fluent in English (French is a plus) 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Strong stakeholder management skills. 
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience working cross-functional teams to support solution of complex data architecture problems   
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
