Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Officer (f/m) to join our NFG Ordering team based in Toulouse, France.

You will be part of Airbus Supply Chain and Logistics Operations contributing to key industrial challenges.

As part of the NFG Ordering team, you will manage a supplier portfolio delivering non-flying goods to our central hub for all Toulouse production sites (FALs, Delivery Center, Flight Line, Paint Shop, St Eloi plant) aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality.

Your challenges:

• Perform material requirements planning, track deliveries (deadlines, quantity, cost), and prioritize urgent items with internal customers.
• Analyze supplier delivery performance using KPIs (D1, missing parts) and define corrective action plans.
• Monitor and optimize inventory levels and storage reaches to minimize total acquisition costs.
• Manage return flows, support quality issues resolution, and enforce contractual logistics conditions.
• Drive flow standardization and continuous improvement projects (tools & processes) using Lean principles.

Your boarding pass:

• Background in Supply Chain, or Purchasing Management.
• Professional experience in supplier portfolio management and materials ordering within an industrial environment.
• Technical expertise in MRP / ERP systems (SAP) and logistics performance KPI analytics.
• Practical knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement frameworks applied to supply chain operations.
• Professional fluency in English and French for international supplier management and local site coordination.
