Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed store goals while remaining actively engaged on the showroom floor. 

• Drive store performance by leading by example, providing in-the-moment coaching, and fostering a culture of accountability and results. 

• Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a strong, engaged, and customer-focused team. 

• Ensure operational excellence, including merchandising standards, inventory management, and an exceptional showroom presentation. 

• Partner with leadership to execute business strategies, strengthen store performance, and drive continued growth. 

Operations: 

• Proven retail leader with a track record of driving sales and developing strong teams. 

• Hands-on leader who takes ownership of the store and leads from the showroom floor. 

• Operationally focused and organized, with a strong eye for standards, priorities, and execution. 

• Results-driven and motivated by coaching teams, solving problems, and driving performance. 

• Retail sales leadership experience required; luxury retail or home furnishings experience is a plus. 

What We're Looking For 

• 3-5 years in business unit with a sales retail emphasis 

• Strong understanding of P&L, financial results, and operational execution 

• Business-minded leader who can prioritize, make decisions, and drive results 

• Strong communicator who builds effective relationships with customers, teams, and business partners 

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs 

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

What You Can Expect:
