The Role

We're looking for a strategic, performance-driven Senior User Acquisition Manager to help own UA and growth strategy for our Rewarded Traffic vertical, working alongside Rodrigo, our current UA Manager on the Mode Earn App, and supporting new rewarded app launches as they come to market. Rewarded apps require balancing two-sided performance — acquiring users profitably for Mode Mobile while keeping the partner side of the network (rewarded ad network partners, offer supply, advertiser demand) healthy. You'll own paid UA strategy end-to-end, partner directly with rewarded network partners, and represent UA in cross-functional planning as one of the most senior individual contributors on the team. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of UA & Growth.

Who You Are and What You'll Do

• Help own UA strategy & execution for Rewarded Traffic, working alongside Rodrigo on the Mode Earn App, across Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and rewarded ad networks
• Support new rewarded app launches within the portfolio, standing up UA strategy and measurement from day one
• Manage two-sided performance, balancing user-side acquisition economics (CPI/CPA, Net ROAS, payback) against network-side health (partner yield, fill rate, advertiser demand)
• Partner directly with rewarded network partners on deal structuring, inventory, and performance troubleshooting
• Lead measurement and reporting for the rewarded portfolio, including Net ROAS/payback modeling in partnership with analytics
• Identify and pilot new rewarded growth channels and partnerships
• Represent the rewarded traffic vertical in cross-functional and leadership planning

What You Bring to the Team

• 4+ years of hands-on mobile UA experience with seven-figure monthly budgets
• Prior experience with rewarded app traffic, and/or a strong understanding of two-sided marketplace dynamics
• Proven ability to manage two-sided performance, not just acquisition cost, but partner/network health as well
• Strong analytical skills, fluent in Excel/Sheets, and tools like Mixpanel, Singular, and Looker/Tableau
• AI-native. Goes beyond prompting for quick answers; comfortable building and iterating on AI-driven workflows or agents to scale analysis, reporting, and testing
• Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution, especially incrementality and Net ROAS thinking
• Self-starter and strong communicator, comfortable representing the UA point of view directly with external partners and internal leadership
