About this role

As a strategic leader in our Customer Intelligence team, you will Lead a high-impact analytics group focused on voucher and discount strategies. You will Deliver an evolved, experiment-led ecosystem to optimize growth and Care for our global markets by translating raw data into clear commercial opportunities. These are some of the key components to the position:

• Lead and mentor a talented team, embedding a "test-and-learn" culture for high-stakes, data-driven decision-making.

• Build a visionary roadmap to drive Targeted Value strategy across markets using sophisticated experimentation.

• Construct top-down analytical storylines that provide clear conclusions and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

• Break silos by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like Product, Marketing, and Sales.

• Innovate by providing thought leadership on experimentation and new Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

• Translate customer data into cost-effective growth initiatives to maximize order frequency and mitigate churn.

• Evolve our sophisticated experimentation ecosystem to optimize incremental order growth globally.

What will you bring to the team?

• Proven expertise in promotional mechanics, incentives, and their impact on Unit Economics. Ideally in a high-growth marketplace or e-commerce environment, supported by a Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Econometrics, Mathematics, or Statistics)

• Experimentation powerhouse – Proven experience with A/B testing frameworks and incrementality modeling.

• Strategic mindset with a sharp business focus – you prioritize the big picture, you have a relentless focus on tangible impact, and you effortlessly translate business objectives into analytical insights.

• Confidence in leading multiple projects, both from a content and stakeholder perspective – you are highly experienced at leading projects to a success, you have a clear vision on where the business should go next, and you drive the team’s delivery on tangible results.

• Strong analytical and technical skills – You possess in-depth knowledge of relevant tools and technologies, including SQL and Python.

• Excellent business acumen and communication skills – Ability to manage large budgets and provide clear ROI projections to C-level stakeholders.

• With a proven track record of creating data-driven storylines – you possess the rare talent of turning complex analytical findings into concise and actionable narratives for stakeholders at every level, including the CEO.

• Driven by curiosity, collaboration, and continuous growth – you are eager to drive results in a positive, team-oriented project culture. You challenge the status quo, and you are curious to implement new AI technologies to achieve business growth effectively.
