  • Collaborate with hardware, systems, software, and manufacturing engineering to resolve integration issues and drive design-for-test improvements
  • Participate in and support technical reviews (TRRs, FRRs, and others), providing test scope, readiness artifacts, and closure of action items
  • Prepare and present technical status, issues, risks, and recommended mitigations to upper leadership and program management

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in system integration, qualification testing, and requirements tracking/verification
  • Demonstrated digital and analog circuit troubleshooting skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present technical approaches and findings
  • Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing testing methods and test equipment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and to act as a team lead for larger test efforts
  • Previous experience on DoD military development and/or production programs
  • Knowledge of environmental stress screening (ESS) procedures
