ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Drive offer management, salary negotiations, and candidate engagement until joining.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ATS, and hiring dashboards.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Support employer branding, campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
- Analyze recruitment metrics such as TAT, cost per hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
Experience
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and stakeholder management preferred.
- Exposure to ATS and recruitment tools.
Skills & Competencies

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required.
