As the Lead Solutions Architect, Business Systems, you will lead the creation and execution of Salesforce strategies to address intricate business challenges. In this role, you will be the primary architect for our lead-to-cash and service-to-retention workflows, acting as both a visionary advisor and a technical practitioner to ensure our platform scales with our expanding needs.
