We are looking for an organized, and customer-oriented Sports Administrator – Pickleball to oversee the daily administrative and operational activities of a pickleball facility in Meycauayan. The successful candidate will coordinate court bookings, manage player registrations, organize tournaments and recreational events, maintain schedules, handle inquiries, and ensure the smooth operation of pickleball activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with an interest in sports and recreation. Knowledge of pickleball rules, tournaments, and club operations is an advantage.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage court reservations, schedules, and cancellations.
• Handle membership registration, renewals, and player records.
• Organize pickleball tournaments, leagues, and club events.
• Respond to player inquiries and membership concerns.
• Maintain booking records, payments, and operational reports.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and equipment needs.
• Assist with marketing activities and membership growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Sports Management, Physical Education, Business Administration, HRM, Education, or a related course.
• Fresh graduates may apply.
• Experience in administration, customer service, sports operations, or event coordination is an advantage.
• Good communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of pickleball is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
