Specialist, Marketing Production Design

As part of our global expansion, we are building a Global Capability Center (GCC) in Hyderabad, India, to scale core marketing execution and production capabilities in support of global teams. We are seeking a Specialist, Marketing Production Design to support the creation, adaptation, and production of marketing assets across digital and campaign channels.
This is an individual contributor role, well suited for an early‑career designer who is detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and interested in developing strong production and execution skills within a global marketing environment. The role works closely with creative, content, digital, and marketing operations teams and will be part of a small, growing marketing team in Hyderabad, reporting to an onsite marketing manager.
What you’ll do:
- Produce and adapt marketing design assets across digital channels, including paid media, website visuals, presentations, and campaign materials, following established brand and design standards.
- Execute production design work by resizing, formatting, and versioning assets for multiple channels and specifications.
- Support campaign and content launches by preparing creative assets for delivery to digital, web, and marketing operations teams.
- Partner with Content Enablement, Digital Campaign Execution, and Web/CMS teams to ensure design assets align with messaging, layout, and channel requirements.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) on creative assets to ensure brand consistency, accuracy, accessibility awareness, and readiness for deployment.
- Maintain organized design files and documentation, following naming conventions and version control standards.
- Support ongoing process improvements and playbooks related to marketing production workflows as the GCC scales.
What we need from you:
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, production design, or marketing creative execution (agency or in‑house).
- Hands‑on experience with common design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) or equivalent.
- Understanding of digital asset requirements across channels (paid media, web, presentations, email, video, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute against established brand guidelines and templates.
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have / growth opportunity:
- Exposure to B2B marketing assets or enterprise brand systems.
- Basic familiarity with accessibility considerations (color contrast, legibility) and digital best practices.
- Interest in growing into broader or more senior creative, UX, or digital design roles over time.
