BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Special Needs Caregiver (DSP) to join the team in Hendersonville, NC. BAYADA’s Special Needs Caregivers (DSP) work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.

We’re urgently hiring Special Needs Caregivers (DSP) for the following area: Hendersonville, Horse Shoe, and the surrounding areas!
Shifts available: Morning, Afternoon, and Weekend Shifts Available
*shifts subject to change based on client needs
How You’ll Make an Impact as a Special Needs Caregiver (DSP):
- Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments
- Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
- Participate in community integration activities
- Help lift and reposition clients.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Earn between $16-20/hr with weekly pay
- Flexible scheduling
- Short commute times (we try to match opportunities near your home)

Qualifications for Our Special Needs Caregivers (DSP):
- One year experience working with intellectual and development disabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
