スマートフォン・タブレット・ウェアラブルデバイスを活用したサービスの設計～開発に携わっていただきます。◆具体的な業務内容・プロダクトの設計・開発・リリース後の継続的なサービスディリバリー・顧客側プロダクトオーナーや社内サービスデザイナー/UIデザイナーとの仕様調整・詳細設計の実施、開発標準/ライブラリの選定、コアな部分の実装及びメンバーのコードレビュー・開発プロセス（KPT、dailymeeting、ブランチ戦略、Issue/Pull Requestの運用）の継続的な改善を行いチームをリードする・新規技術導入の為の技術調査及び検証

◆応募要項  ・学歴：高卒以上・経験：以下をすべて満たす方 - 保守・運用を除くWebアプリケーション開発の実務経験（2年以上） - Go、Rust、PHP、Kotlin、Javaなど、サーバーサイドプログラミング言語での開発経験 - テスト駆動での開発経験 - Linux/UnixのCUIベースでの操作ができる - Gitの操作がCUIベースで行なえる - チャットツール話などを通して、お客様への連絡や打ち合わせを進められる - 開発チーム(4-5名規模)の開発リーダー経験・スキル　 - 日本語：ビジネスレベル
◆望ましい経験・スキル(WANT)　・大規模Webアプリケーションの構築、運用経験・開発チームメンバーの育成経験・お客様と打ち合わせ、仕様調整の経験
