Position Summary

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET technologies, along with strong expertise in Agentic AI development and modern AI/ML capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both front-end and back-end development and the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. A key focus of this role is to build intelligent, AI-driven and agent-based systems (Autonomous/LLM-based workflows, copilots, or multi-agent frameworks) integrated with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using C#, .NET, and related technologies.

• Build and integrate AI-powered and agentic workflows using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and APIs.

• Develop autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for workflow automation, decision-making, and conversational use cases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Develop and optimize SQL and NoSQL database schemas, queries, and procedures.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

• Implement and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability.

• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging applications.

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Work with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Angular/React).

• Integrate AI services (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.) into enterprise applications.

• Document technical specifications, AI workflows, and system architecture.

Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must Have)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in full stack development with C# and .NET (ASP.NET, .NET Core).

• Hands-on experience in Agentic AI development, including:

  • Building AI agents / copilots / autonomous workflows

  • Working with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

  • Prompt engineering and context management

  • Orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar)

• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and real-world implementation.

• Proficient in writing and maintaining unit tests (NUnit, MSTest, xUnit).

• Strong knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server, MySQL, etc.) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.).

• Experience with front-end technologies: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; frameworks like Angular/React.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.

• Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with BDD frameworks (SpecFlow, Cucumber, etc.).

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) for AI/ML deployments.

• Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience in healthcare or enterprise workflow automation solutions.
