About Our Clients

Our client is a premium direct-to-consumer (DTC) kitchen knives and kitchenware brand headquartered in Toronto, Canada, generating approximately $30M in annual revenue. Known for exceptional craftsmanship and bold product design, they've built one of the fastest-growing premium kitchen brands across North America.

They’re looking for a Social Commerce & Creator Manager to build and operate their creator ecosystem—from sourcing and negotiating with creators to running product seeding programs, managing TikTok Shop operations, and delivering high-performing creator content for paid advertising.

This is an operational leadership role focused on creator partnerships, logistics, contracts, and social commerce. It is not a creative strategy position.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage creator, influencer, and affiliate program from end to end.
• Source, evaluate, recruit, and negotiate partnerships with creators who align with the brand.
• Negotiate creator agreements, including whitelisting rights and content usage permissions.
• Manage large-scale product seeding initiatives, including creator selection, product fulfillment, tracking, and follow-up.
• Own TikTok Shop operations, including storefront management, affiliate programs, sample request workflows, and Spark Ads permissions.
• Coordinate creator deliverables and ensure content is delivered to the paid media team on schedule.
• Work closely with internal creative, paid media, and growth teams to support new campaign launches.
• Track creator performance, seeding conversion rates, affiliate performance, and operational KPIs.
• Continuously improve creator operations, workflows, and reporting systems.
• Build long-term relationships with creators while maintaining a highly organized operational process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing creator, influencer, affiliate, or social commerce programs for a DTC eCommerce brand.
• Proven experience running product seeding programs at scale, including shipment coordination and tracking creator posting rates.
• Experience negotiating creator partnerships, including whitelisting rights, Spark Ads permissions, or content licensing agreements.
• Hands-on experience operating TikTok Shop, including affiliate collaboration programs and sample request workflows.
• Strong understanding of creator marketing operations and influencer relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the confidence to negotiate directly with North American creators.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with creator CRM platforms, influencer tools, project management software, and spreadsheets is highly preferred.
• Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
