About Our Clients

Our client is a premium direct-to-consumer (DTC) kitchen knives and kitchenware brand headquartered in Toronto, Canada, generating approximately $28–30M in annual revenue. They are looking for a Social Media & Creator/Affiliate Coordinator to support their growing creator marketing efforts by managing influencer and affiliate operations, coordinating product seeding, maintaining creator relationships, and keeping social media initiatives organized and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate creator, influencer, and affiliate partnerships from outreach through ongoing relationship management.
• Execute creator outreach campaigns, identify potential partners, and maintain organized communication pipelines.
• Coordinate product seeding, ensuring timely shipment and tracking of gifted products.
• Maintain and update creator and affiliate databases, campaign trackers, and partnership records.
• Manage and organize social media content calendars across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams to ensure creator deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Monitor creator content submissions and ensure campaign requirements are met.
• Assist with affiliate onboarding and provide timely support to creator partners.
• Track campaign deliverables and help compile performance reports and operational updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and creator operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social media coordination, or marketing operations.
• Experience coordinating creator or influencer campaigns for consumer brands, preferably within eCommerce or DTC businesses.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism when communicating with creators and external partners.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple moving projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable handling operational and assistant-level coordination tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Experience using spreadsheets, project management tools, and social media scheduling platforms.
• Familiarity with influencer CRM or affiliate platforms is a plus.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
