• We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team at Kepak Cork. • Kepak Cork is now recruiting for roles within our Boning Hall Department, where you will play an important part in our production operations.

 Working hours:

Boning Hall: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm (approximately) 

Requirements

What we need from you?

We are seeking skilled knife operatives to join our Boning Hall team. The successful candidates will play a key role in the processing of meat products, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key requirements:

• Proven knife skills with previous experience working in a boning hall or abattoir environment.
• Strong butchery experience within a fast‑paced food manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Consistently meet production targets and maintain required line speed.
• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
