ReversingLabs is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer in the Dynamic Analysis Team. Dynamic analysis is the process of using sandboxes to execute files and capture the output of the analysis at a high rate of file processing. You will be responsible for high-volume malware analysis using commercial and open-source tools to extract quality IOCs by providing the best possible analysis.

We are looking for a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about release management processes, CI/CD automation, and optimizing infrastructure. You will manage and monitor our on-prem and hosted Cloud environments, provide production support, and drive improvements across our Kubernetes, ELK stack, and other parts of our pipeline. This position is based in Croatia and offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects.

What you will do

• Ensure Reversinglabs Cloud Sandbox pipelines are up, healthy and performing reliably
• Optimize and scale analysis throughput as volume grows 
• Build, maintain and improve CICD pipelines (Gitlab) to support development team release cycles  
• Hands-on troubleshooting across Windows and Linux environments
• Use AI tools in daily work - troubleshooting, log analysis,  and building reusable skills/automation
• Ensure high-quality dynamic analysis results across multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac, iOS, etc.) and file/package types (e.g., MS Office, MSI, ELF, PE+,...)
• Build dashboards and alerts in Grafana, ELK, and Redash
• Participate in operational and strategic planning, pipeline development, code reviews, and documentation
• Work with technologies including Terraform, Packer, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Helm, Ansible, KVM/QEMU, Bash and Python
• Collaborate with project/product management on technical solutions, reporting on progress and obstacles

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, systems/infrastructure administration, or a similar technical role
• Solid troubleshooting capabilities across both Windows and Linux
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
• Comfort using AI tools for troubleshooting and building repeatable workflows
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm for teamwork, continuous learning, and adapting to change
• Proven experience communicating with customers, partners, stakeholders across all levels

Hands-on experience with:

• IaC/automation tools (Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible)
• CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions)
• Scripting in Python (preferred), Bash, or similar
• Containerization (Docker or Kubernetes)
• Virtualization (VirtualBox, KVM/QEMU, Packer or VMware)

Desirable skills

• Advanced Kubernetes knowledge (deployment, management, and scaling of services)
• Networking fundamentals - DNS, load balancing, VPNs, firewalls, proxies, and troubleshooting connectivity and API-level issues across hybrid (cloud + on-prem) environments
• Experience maintaining VM profiles and building automated VM images with Packer
• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ (RMQ) in production environments
• Experience with Ansible for network automation (device/config management, not just server provisioning)
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Redash, ELK stack)
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar toolsdent reviews.
