NOVO Health Services is seeking a strategic and experienced Division Vice President to lead all aspects of our White Glove Subacute Division, based in Atlanta, GA. This senior leadership role carries full profit-and-loss (P&L) responsibility for the division, encompassing operations, driver management and routing, sales, and contract management.

This role is responsible for building and leading a high-performing team across operations, driver management, sales, and account management functions, while driving customer satisfaction, business reviews, program development, and continuous process improvement across the division. The Division Vice President partners closely with executive leadership, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure the division meets its growth, service, and profitability goals.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned senior leader with a strong background in subacute laundry or healthcare linen services, deep P&L and budget management experience, and the ability to drive results across operations, sales, and customer relationships. Candidates based in the Southeast, with a preference for the Atlanta area, are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Divisional Leadership & Strategy

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for NOVO's White Glove Subacute Division, setting direction, priorities, and performance standards across all functional areas

• Serve as the senior leader accountable for the division's overall performance, growth, and profitability

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team across operations, driver management, sales, and account management functions

• Represent the division in company-wide leadership meetings, planning sessions, and strategic initiatives

Operations & Driver Management

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the White Glove Subacute Division, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant service delivery

• Direct driver management and routing functions, including scheduling, route optimization, staffing levels, and fleet utilization

• Monitor operational KPIs, including productivity, on-time delivery, service quality, and safety, and drive corrective action where needed

• Ensure adequate staffing, training, and development of drivers and operational personnel

• Partner with plant and production leadership to ensure seamless coordination between production and route/service delivery

Sales & Business Development

• Drive new business development and account growth within the subacute and White Glove market segment

• Partner with sales leadership to identify, pursue, and close new customer opportunities

• Support proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations for new and existing accounts

Contract & Account Management

• Oversee contract management for the division, ensuring terms, service levels, and pricing are executed and maintained

• Own the customer relationship for key accounts, ensuring service commitments and contractual obligations are met

• Lead contract renewals, amendments, and renegotiations in partnership with executive leadership and Finance/Legal as needed

Financial & P&L Management

• Hold full profit-and-loss (P&L) responsibility for the division, including revenue, cost management, and margin performance

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the division

• Analyze financial and operational performance data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement

• Report financial and operational results to executive leadership on a regular basis

Customer Relations & Program Development

• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management, business reviews, and issue resolution

• Lead and execute regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, address concerns, and identify growth opportunities

• Champion program development and continuous process-improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency

• Ensure consistent, high-quality "White Glove" service standards across all customer touchpoints

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure the division's operations comply with all applicable healthcare, safety, DOT, HIPAA, and company policies and regulatory requirements

• Uphold NOVO's standards for infection prevention, hygiene, and quality across all subacute service operations

• Partner with Safety, Quality, and Compliance teams to support audits, inspections, and corrective-action plans

Administrative & Support Functions

• Partner with Human Resources, Finance, Safety, and other corporate functions to support divisional goals and company-wide initiatives

• Prepare and present operational, financial, and strategic updates to executive leadership

• Perform other duties as assigned based on business and divisional needs

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of senior-level management experience in subacute laundry services

• 5+ years of experience managing to a budget with full profit-and-loss (P&L) responsibility

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Demonstrated experience overseeing operations, driver management/routing, sales, and contract management within a service-based or logistics environment

• Proven leadership experience managing multi-functional teams

• Strong communication, negotiation, and business-relationship-management skills

• Ability to travel as needed to support divisional operations and customer accounts

Preferred

• College degree or equivalent work experience

• Based in the Southeast, with Atlanta, GA preferred

• Experience in healthcare linen, subacute laundry, or related B2B service industry

• Experience in contract negotiation and account management for enterprise or healthcare accounts

• Prior P&L ownership at a divisional or regional level

• Experience with route optimization, fleet management, or transportation management software

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to travel regularly throughout the Southeast to support operations, customer accounts, and business development

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as business needs require

• Ability to work across office, plant/production, and field/customer environments as needed

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel by car or air as required
