How you will make an impact:
- Collaborate with geographically diverse teams to deliver services quotations within defined timelines.
- Analyze customer installed base data, service support metrics, and account inputs to develop quote packages aligned with commercial guidelines.
- Identify up-sell opportunities and present available service options that address customer requirements.
- Create and manage maintenance proposal collateral and maintain accurate documentation repositories.
- Evaluate current quoting tools and processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Identify customer inventory true-up opportunities that enhance maintenance revenue.
- Ensure services quotations align with Opportunity Management Process (OMP) guidelines.
The must haves:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in services quoting or a related role, preferably within the telecommunications or networking industry.
- Application of data analysis to develop accurate and competitive service quotations.
- Attention to documentation quality and data accuracy in quotation development.
- Utilization of verbal and written communication skills in cross-functional and customer-facing interactions.
- Demonstrated collaboration with stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Application of organizational and prioritization skills in deadline-driven environments.
Nice to haves:
- Education: MBA OR Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a business planning, pricing, or metric-type costing environment.
