About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale Availity's India organization. This role will lead hiring for complex, niche, and high-impact positions across Product, Engineering, Platform, Data, Security, and select corporate functions while serving as a trusted talent advisor to business leaders.
The successful candidate will combine strong recruiting execution with direct sourcing expertise, market intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence stakeholders. The role will also help elevate recruiting capability across the India Talent Acquisition team through coaching, knowledge sharing, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialized, and business-critical roles across technology, product, and corporate functions.
Partner with hiring leaders to translate workforce requirements into practical hiring, sourcing, and assessment strategies.
Lead intake discussions, talent calibration, interview planning, debriefs, and offer strategy for assigned searches.
Build proactive pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, professional networks, referrals, targeted outreach, and talent communities.
Develop talent maps and provide market intelligence on talent availability, competitor activity, compensation trends, and hiring risks.
Reduce dependency on external agencies by strengthening direct sourcing capability and maintaining high-quality evergreen pipelines.
Advise and influence hiring managers using recruiting data, structured assessments, and evidence-based recommendations.
Deliver a transparent, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Use Workday and recruiting analytics to maintain process hygiene and monitor time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, and ageing requisitions.
Coach recruiters on advanced sourcing, stakeholder management, candidate assessment, and closing techniques.
Contribute to employer branding, talent events, referral initiatives, university partnerships, and continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate effectively with India, U.S., and global stakeholders while supporting Availity standards around compliance, security, customer focus, and execution excellence.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including substantial experience recruiting technology and product talent.
Proven success hiring for multiple disciplines such as software engineering, product management, data, cloud, platform, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and leadership roles.
Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, talent mapping, and pipeline development.
Strong experience partnering with senior hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions in a consultative manner.
Ability to manage multiple complex and high-priority searches with strong organization, urgency, and attention to detail.
Working knowledge of structured interviewing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and closing strategies.
Strong analytical capability and experience using recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.
Excellent verbal communication skills, executive presence, and stakeholder management capability.
Experience working with an applicant tracking system such as Workday and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting in a healthcare technology, SaaS, PaaS, product engineering, or high-growth technology organization.
Experience supporting U.S. or global stakeholders and working across distributed teams.
Experience with senior or leadership searches and market intelligence assignments.
Experience mentoring recruiters or leading recruiting projects without formal people-management responsibility.
Knowledge of the Bengaluru and broader India technology talent markets.
