Vaxcom Services LLC (a Parsons company) is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team! In this role you will be instrumental in the identification and acquisition of highly cleared candidates for a new program focused on providing physical security to sensitive facilities. Please note this will be a hybrid work arrangement with the majority of the work week spent in the Northern Virginia corporate office.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading full-cycle recruiting for highly cleared security related positions for multiple domestic work sites.
• Integrating directly with the operational team to ensure the successful sourcing, identification, and hire of highly qualified candidates.
• Acting as a strategic Talent Advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, talent guidance, and hiring recommendations.
• Building and maintaining a skills inventory and pipeline of cleared security professionals in order to staff a new, large-scale program that is likely to expand in future years.
• Sourcing qualified, highly cleared active and passive candidates in competitive markets using a variety of unclassified and classified tools/resources.
• Using recruitment metrics and available market data to track hiring progress, identify potential roadblocks, and influence recruitment strategies; recommending risk mitigation actions to leadership.
• Working closely with Parsons and Vaxcom senior leadership (including corporate stakeholders and security subject matter experts) to make recommended changes to current hiring/onboarding processes/priorities, as appropriate.
• Screening candidates/applicants against technical security program requirements, contract labor-category requirements, education, experience, certifications, and security-clearance criteria to select the most qualified for hire.
• Coordinating the interviews, selection activities, background requirements, and hiring approvals.
• Supporting proposals and surge staffing requirements across the Parsons and Vaxcom enterprises.
• Planning, coordinating, and participating in in-person hiring events, networking efforts, and other related activities designed to identify qualified candidates.
• Actively participating in the candidate experience, negotiation process, and onboarding of new hires to include the input/maintenance of timely candidate and requisition information in Workday and related recruiting systems.
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with applicable employment laws, company policies, contract requirements, and information-handling procedures.
• Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Active Secret security clearance, TS SCI w/poly preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years' experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC). In lieu of a degree, 12 years' experience of IC experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of recruiting-related experience in the federal, classified sector.
• Experience recruiting highly cleared talent with an emphasis on physical security roles to include armed/unarmed officers including team leads, supervisors, and Site managers.
• Proven success supporting IC and/or DoD programs/projects.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive execution and maintain follow-through to ensure program success.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and data to drive hiring decisions and improve recruiting outcomes.
• Outstanding communication skills to include verbal, written, and briefing segments.
• Proven experience in negotiation processes.
• Previous successful experience in working effectively with senior leadership, multiple stakeholders, as part of a team, independently, and with candidates with diverse experiences and skill sets.
• Demonstrated ability to develop compensation-informer offers and negotiate effectively using internal guidance and external market data.
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Experience recruiting personnel to staff shift-work/holiday/weekend schedules including leadership positions.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
• Proficiency with Workday, Microsoft Office Suite, and various recruiting/sourcing tools.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience supporting Service Contract Act (SCA) and Davis-Bacon Act (DBA) contract staffing requirements.
• Experience working as an independent recruiter supporting a start-up program/project.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and cleared talent databased.
• Accumulating/reporting metrics and briefing those to stakeholders.
• Experience supporting surge staffing and replacing personnel with compressed customer timelines.
• Physical security experience with an in depth understanding of staffing/operating/managing a 24/7 operation protecting personnel, facilities, information, and equipment both CONUS and OCONUS.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
