Job Description

Are you passionate about turning complex manufacturing data into clear insights that drive better decisions on the production floor?

Join our Planning team in Kladno and bring your BI (Business Intelligence) and analytics expertise to the heart of LEGO’s EMEA manufacturing operations — transforming data into powerful dashboards and insights that shape production planning decisions.

The position is based in Kladno and no relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance standard and ad hoc Power BI dashboards to support management decisions.

  • Analyze and create scenarios for production performance, operational data, inventory, and material flow.

  • Track and report S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) targets, actual forecasts, and planning KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

  • Present and interpret opportunities and risks through insights to enable faster and better decisions, supported by reports and analysis.

  • Develop continuous improvement activities, propose efficient ways of working, share best practices, and generate new ideas for process improvements.

  • Represent the EU Packing site in required local and global meetings and projects relevant to this role.

  • Train and support other team members in the use of BI tools.

Play Your Part in Our Team Succeeding

The Planning department is part of the EMEA manufacturing team based in Kladno. The team secures the right production plan across short- and long-term time frames, coordinates equipment and labour, and manages direct material deliveries (both internal and external) to fully support the EU Packing production plan. The team is responsible for the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) cycle, all data entry and processing, and proposing the best possible scenarios to balance demand with EU Packing production capabilities. The team is also responsible for on-time import and export shipping in alignment with current legislation.

The Senior Specialist – Reporting & Analytics is responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate, and timely decision-making related to material flows that are critical to the successful execution of the production plan. This role combines operational planning with data analytics and requires a solid understanding of material call-off processes, supply planning, and production planning principles. The role works closely with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure material availability, optimize inventory levels, and improve overall planning performance through continuous analysis and process improvement.

Do You Have What It Takes?

  • Knowledge of SAP (Hana, BW) systems and production-related data structures.

  • Understanding of and familiarity with production and capacity planning, scheduling processes, MRP (Material Requirements Planning), inventory management, supply chain, and manufacturing operations.
