The Team -

👉 Our Commercial Schemes team is focused on developing and managing specialist schemes business across our Commercial Lines portfolio. Working closely with broker partners and colleagues across Underwriting, Sales and Operations, the team plays a key role in identifying growth opportunities, delivering excellent service and supporting long-term profitable growth.

What you can expect in this role

• You'll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our Schemes portfolio.

• You'll work closely with Commercial Sales colleagues to identify and support new Schemes opportunities.

• You'll help review and enhance onboarding processes for new schemes, ensuring a smooth customer and broker experience.

• You'll contribute to the delivery of the Schemes business plan and wider Commercial objectives.

• You'll support and develop colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing.

• You'll use management information and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

• You'll work collaboratively across the business to deliver great outcomes for brokers and customers.

What you might bring

• Experience within commercial underwriting, schemes underwriting or a related insurance environment.

• Communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

• Experience supporting, coaching or developing others.

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of profitable growth.

• The ability to prioritise work and manage competing demands effectively.

• An interest in improving customer experiences and business processes.

• A collaborative approach and willingness to share ideas and knowledge.

• Awareness of operational risk and governance requirements.
