The Role
You'll lead day-to-day staffing, placing the right digital talent on the right projects so both the work and the people succeed. Working with Production and Operations, you'll look past what a brief asks for to understand what the project actually needs, then cast for it based on three things: the type of person, the activities they'll perform, and the outcome expected.
You don't need a Resource Manager title to be a great fit. If you're a Project Manager, Producer, or Ops specialist who enjoys the talent-matching puzzle more than running timelines end to end, this role is a strong next step.
What You'll Do
Casting & Intake
- Partner with Production and Ops to turn client briefs into clear talent requirements.
- Staff for skills and versatility, not job titles, favoring multidisciplinary talent who can work across mediums.
- Balance critical client work with growth opportunities for our people.
Capacity Planning
- Solve daily staffing challenges, including last-minute requests, shifting timelines, and competing priorities, while protecting quality and team well-being.
- Build and grow talent pipelines across Latin America.
- Keep capacity and allocation data accurate and up to date.
Utilization & Budget
- Monitor rosters to hit utilization goals, reducing bench time while preventing burnout.
- Optimize external spend, and bring in vetted freelancers quickly when needed.
- Manage freelance contracts and partner with Finance on budgets and onboarding.
What You Bring
- 4+ years in a digital agency, in resource management, project management, production, or creative operations.
- Strong understanding of the digital production lifecycle and its disciplines, such as Motion, UX/UI, Strategy, QA, Copywriting, Development, and AI.
- Ability to read a brief or SOW and estimate the talent and effort it requires.
- Experience with resource management tools (Smartsheet, Mavenlink, 10,000ft, or similar).
- Comfort with utilization data and forecasting to support staffing decisions.
- Knowledge of the LATAM digital talent market; a trusted freelance network is a plus.
- Clear, confident communication in English, both written and spoken.
