Reporting to the Manager of Procurement, you will support strategic sourcing initiatives across Marketing, Brand, Foundations, Research & Development, Fulfillment, and Corporate Communications. You will serve as a strategic business partner by developing innovative sourcing strategies that create value, manage risk, improve supplier performance, and support current and future business priorities. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, use data-driven insights to influence decision-making, and lead sourcing initiatives that support organizational growth and performance.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across assigned categories.
Build and maintain supplier relationships in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Lead supplier performance reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and establish corrective action plans.
Maintain category strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Support and lead contract negotiations to optimize commercial outcomes.
Read, draft, review, and negotiate supplier contracts.
Provide strategic sourcing solutions that address stakeholder needs and business priorities.
Research supplier capabilities, industry trends, agency models, and market dynamics to identify best practices.
Develop business cases and recommendations using data-driven analysis.
Lead requests for information, requests for proposal, and requests for quotation processes.
Conduct supplier financial, operational, and risk assessments.
Drive efficiency and working capital initiatives.
Benchmark costs, evaluate supplier value, and negotiate favorable outcomes in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage supplier onboarding and setup activities.
Maintain accurate contract and supplier records.
Present sourcing recommendations, opportunities, risks, and investment priorities to leadership.
Foster strong partnerships across the organization to deliver sustainable business value.
Manage procurement-related activities within enterprise systems, including SAP, Shopperations, CMD, and Accolade.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience sourcing products and/or services.
Understanding of marketing / brand processes
Experience sourcing media and Corporate Communications services.
Experience negotiating commercial agreements and supplier contracts.
Strong supplier development, supplier diversity, risk management, performance management, and category management experience.
Experience developing and executing requests for information, requests for proposal, and requests for quotation events.
Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical and financial evaluation skills.
Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong listening skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
Effective prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills.

Compensation
Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
