• Customer facing position as primary scientific expert in the hematology
• Provides scientific, technical and pharmacoeconomic information to company's key customers
• Initiates and maintains relationships to increase awareness of company's products by designing, developing, and delivering effective presentations and by coordinating symposia and continuing education seminars

  • Identifies and disseminates emerging scientific and medical information from and through multiple channels in a timely and concise manner
  • Understands the use of digital technology and multiple channels to engage external stakeholders
• External customer engagement and relationship
  • Develops and manages relationships with key external stakeholders, including key thought leaders, healthcare staff, medical societies, government bodies, and patient advocacy groups
  • Provides scientific support for speaker programs and symposia
  • Identifies key speakers and provides speaker briefings for educational meetings
  • Documents, interprets, and uses customer insights to develop brand and Medical Affairs strategies and plans

  • Develops educational, promotional, and reporting materials for use within the company's departments

  • Develops evidence generation plans in alignment with brand or therapeutic area strategy

  • Contributes to design of new research proposals and protocols

[Job Requirements/Qualifications]

• Essential:
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel
  • Previous experience in Medical Affairs or Clinical Operation
• Preferred:
  • PhD, Pharm D, MD, Pharmacist with MSc degree or other relevant life sciences degrees with a Medical or Clinical focus
