About the Role
The Head of Recruitment, Onboarding and Deployment is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment hiring process from sourcing, interviewing, offer extension, onboarding & deployment of BPI AIA Partnership Distribution Sales Channel employees.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, procedures, and tactics.
- Supervise the recruiting, onboarding, and deployment team and report on its performance.
- Evaluate and suggest the best applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing channels and other recruitment hiring initiatives
- Forecast future hiring and deployment needs
- Advise and calibrate with the hiring managers on interviewing guide and techniques.
- Work closely with senior recruiters to manage employee sourcing, interviewing, and orientation.
- Provide proper coaching, mentoring, and training activities to recruitment, onboarding, and deployment.
- Responsible for reports, budget allocation, forecasting and risk & compliance management.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any related course
- With at least 10 years of experience in people management
- With at least 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, volume and sales hiring position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills is a must
- Computer savvy
- General understanding ang knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Willing to be assigned in BPI-AIA Makati Head Office
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
