  • Analyze system capabilities, software behavior, and reported issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Python-based automation and common engineering tools to improve development and verification efficiency.
  • Apply engineering principles to design, develop, and implement technologies, components, subsystems, and systems that meet defined requirements and specifications.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in test automation, verification methodologies, and engineering workflows.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams to deliver project milestones and engineering commitments.
  • Lead or coordinate moderately sized engineering teams, as applicable, ensuring quality, timely execution, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers, review technical deliverables, and promote engineering best practices.
  • Lead or contribute to innovation initiatives, quality improvement activities, and CORE workshops to deliver measurable product and process improvements.
  • Identify novel technical solutions and ensure innovations are appropriately captured and protected through applicable intellectual property processes.
