About the role

As a Senior Idira (CyberArk) PAM Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining, enhancing, and supporting business-critical Privileged Access Management (PAM) services. Working alongside cybersecurity specialists, infrastructure teams, and customers worldwide, you will contribute to the security, stability, and continuous improvement of modern identity and access management platforms.
This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Privileged Access Management while working on challenging security initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments.

Daily challenges

• Support, maintain, and continuously improve the Idira (CyberArk) PAM platform and key CyberArk components including PVWA, CPM, PSM, and related integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to privileged accounts, credential management, access controls, and session monitoring.
• Configure, onboard, and maintain privileged accounts, safes, and target systems.
• Participate in platform upgrades, patching activities, and service improvement initiatives.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with ITIL processes and agreed service levels.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, operational standards, and access governance requirements.
• Contribute to automation and operational efficiency improvements through scripting and process optimization.

eXperience and skills required

• Hands-on experience supporting Idira (CyberArk) PAM in enterprise production environments.
• Strong understanding of CyberArk architecture, privileged account lifecycle management, password rotation, reconciliation, and session management.
• Experience working with CyberArk components such as PVWA, CPM, PSM, and related platform integrations.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical incidents and driving resolution activities.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and best practices, Linux/Unix systems and privileged account administration, Windows Server, Active Directory, authentication technologies, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation, networking, connectivity, DNS, certificates, and firewall concepts. As well as ITIL-based service delivery and ITSM environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills and strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within global and distributed teams.

The following will be considered as an advantage:

• Idira (CyberArk) Defender and/or Sentry certifications.
• Experience with CyberArk integrations and application onboarding.
• Exposure to other similar PAM products and vendors.
• Experience with automation technologies and scripting languages beyond PowerShell.
• Participation in PAM implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
