About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Program Management to lead a large-scale insurance software transformation program for a global insurance client. This is a senior client-facing leadership role responsible for driving complex software implementation and transformation initiatives across multiple countries.

The successful candidate will manage large delivery organizations, multiple Project Managers, executive-level client relationships, governance, scope, risks, change control, and overall program delivery. This role requires strong ownership of the end-to-end program lifecycle, ensuring that client expectations remain closely aligned with implementation teams throughout delivery.

The role requires regional travel across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines, and offers the opportunity to lead a significant, multi-year, multi-country transformation effort at the highest levels of client engagement.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead large-scale, complex software implementation and transformation programs across multiple countries.

• Take end-to-end ownership of program delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and agreed deliverables are effectively managed.

• Lead a large delivery organization of approximately 150–200 resources, including multiple Project Managers.

• Manage senior client stakeholders, including CIOs, CXOs, CEOs, and executive leadership teams.

• Establish and drive effective program governance and executive-level reporting.

• Lead client discussions on scope, priorities, delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies.

• Manage change requests and lead change control discussions and negotiations.

• Handle complex client escalations and drive issues through to resolution.

• Coordinate delivery across multiple countries, teams, and workstreams.

• Ensure strong alignment between client expectations and implementation teams throughout the program lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Director, Senior Program Manager, or equivalent, leading major technology transformation programs.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple large-scale programs or workstreams simultaneously.

• Strong background in software implementation and transformation program management.

• Experience leading large delivery organizations, ideally involving approximately 150–200 resources and multiple Project Managers.

• Demonstrated experience leading multi-country or regional transformation programs.

• Experience managing programs spanning multiple years.

• Strong external client-facing stakeholder management experience at executive level.

• Proven ability to manage program governance, scope, change control, escalations, deliverables, and timelines.

• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Other Qualifications:

• Insurance software implementation or insurance transformation experience.

• Experience delivering core insurance platform transformation programs.

• Banking or financial services experience involving large-scale software implementations.

• Experience leading regional system rollouts or other complex enterprise transformation programs.
