期待される役割
• エリアセールスプランに基づいたプロモーション活動を実施するために、ディストリビューターの営業チームやチャネルパートナーとディレクションを共有。
• ディストリビューターやチャネルパートナーと共に、ターゲットエリアでのプロモーション活動を実行。
• 各都道府県の農業試験場などの主要なステークホルダーと強固なパートナーシップを築き、当社剤への信任、推薦を得る。
• 市場動向の把握と戦略立案・実行。
• ナショナルマーケティングプランに基づくエリアセールスプランの策定と実施。
• チャネル顧客およびエンドユーザーに対する製品スチュワードシップの推進。

期待される人物像
• 農学または関連分野の学士号以上の学歴
• 少なくとも3年間の農薬の営業（およびマーケティング）経験
• 結果志向のマインドセット
• 社内他部門、ディストリビューター、チャネルパートナーと協働するための優れた対人スキル
• ビジネス感覚に優れたプランニングスキル
• エクセル、パワーポイントを含むPCスキル

Senior Field Sales

Position Summary

This position is to promote our solutions to growers based on Sales & Marketing Plan in collaboration with distributors to grow our business. It is critical to understand the market and to work closely with team as well as distributors and other key stakeholders.

Location: Japan (Tokyo office or SOHO at Sapporo, Sendai, Nagoya, Osaka or Fukuoka)

The Role

• Get align with distributors’ sales team and channel partners to execute our promotion activities based on Area Sales Plan

• Execute promotion activities in target areas with distributors and channel partners

• Develop strong partnership with key stakeholders such as Prefectural Agricultural Research Station to obtain the recommendations from them

• Understand the market and its trend for strategy development and implementation

• Develop & implement Area Sales Plan based on National Marketing Plan

• Promote product stewardship for channel customer and end users.

The Candidate

• BA or more education with agriculture or related field

• At least 3 years’ experience in sales (and marketing) of agrochemicals

• Results-oriented mindset

• Good interpersonal skills to work with other functions/ distributors / channel partners

• Good planning skill with strong business acumen

• PC skill including Excel and PowerPoint

• Good communication skill in Japanese, and preferably also in English

• Travel required
