Job Description

• • Perfection of Security Documentation

    • Prepare and issue Letters of Instruction to solicitors.
    • Review and vet charge documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal requirements.

  • Management of Miscellaneous Collateral-Related Documentation

    • Handle matters relating to auction cases, exchange of final titles, private caveats, amalgamation and subdivision exercises.
    • Process transfers of ownership, unpledge and repledge of Fixed Deposits (FDs), and other collateral-related transactions.

  • Legal Document Safe-Keeping

    • Manage the receipt, verification, and secure custody of original legal documents.
    • Ensure proper maintenance of documents in accordance with the bank's safe-keeping procedures.

  • Collateral Data Maintenance

    • Update collateral and security information in the system based on source documents.
    • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely maintenance of records.

  • Document Tracking and Follow-Up

    • Monitor outstanding legal documents and proactively follow up with solicitors for the return of documents for safe-keeping.
    • Maintain tracking records and ensure timely resolution of pending cases.

  • Management Reporting

    • Prepare and submit monthly reports on , collateral management status, and outstanding items.
    • Provide accurate data and analysis to support management decision-making
  • Fungible Function Support
• • • Fungible for Discharge of Charge and other operational functions as required, ensuring business continuity, operational efficiency, and seamless team support.
