About the Management Associate Program

Our 24-month Management Associate Program is designed to accelerate the development of high-potential talent into the next generation of banking and business leaders.

Throughout the program, you will:

• Undertake diverse rotational assignments across functions, business units, cities, and potentially international locations, gaining broad organizational exposure.

• Benefit from personalized career coaching, professional development guidance, and mentorship from senior leaders and dedicated HR advisors.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the banking industry through exposure to multiple business perspectives and operational functions.

• Strengthen your strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and commercial acumen through structured learning and hands-on experience.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking outstanding individuals with the potential and aspiration to become future leaders of the organization. Successful candidates should possess:

• Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university in China or overseas, with strong academic achievements; fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of full-time work experience are welcome to apply.

• A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning and development.

• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ambition to pursue a leadership career.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
