  • Lead RFx processes, competitive bidding, and should-cost analysis in partnership with R&D to establish procurement target costs throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Drive annual net cost savings programs and deliver meaningful realized savings through negotiation, specification optimization, and supply base rationalization

  • Drive counterfeit identification and mitigation programs in partnership with Quality
  • Maintain ESG governance, staying ahead of emerging regulations and translating requirements into actionable supplier compliance programs
  • Manage supplier payment terms strategy, shifting the portfolio toward favorable commercial terms

Cross-Functional Leadership & Executive Communication

  • Prepare and present sourcing content for Monthly Business Reviews, Global Operations Reviews, and Board-level Enterprise Risk & Compliance presentations

  • 10+ years of strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership experience, including significant experience in senior-level roles
  • Proven success developing sourcing strategies and delivering measurable cost savings through negotiations, supply base optimization, and total cost improvements
