As a Professional Services Senior Consultant to work on classified United States Federal Government you will be responsible for leading the implementation and championing the adoption of solutions purchased by our Federal Government customers which require Security Clearance level Secret. You will have opportunities to solve customers’ challenges and provide proper operations management for the Omnissa Horizon platform, while being a part of a team of overachievers, highly successful individuals.

Here is a breakdown:

• During your first few weeks, a mentor will walk you through our processes, guide you to the most efficient way to learn what you need to succeed, and introduce you to your new Omnissa colleagues. Having a robust network of trusted peers is essential for your success, and we will do everything we can to help accelerate your growth.
• Following onboarding, you will transition into a customer engagement. As an Omnissa PSO Senior Consultant you will implement and provide Day-2 Operations Management for our Omnissa Horizon solutions for your US Federal Government Customer in a highly secure environment. By combining your unique leadership skills with your technical acumen, you will lead your customer to achieving their mission goals.
• You will use your in-depth knowledge of Omnissa and adjacent products to become a trusted advisor to your customer and colleagues. Your passion for technology makes you uniquely capable of earning and maintaining subject-matter expertise in the innovative field of end-user computing.

What will you bring to Omnissa?  

• This is a highly technical consulting position, where you will be delivering technical, consulting, and leadership skills in support of the customer mission. You will work directly with our customers and potentially other Omnissa employees on the day-to-day activities involved with the post-sales implementation and operations of the Omnissa Horizon platform. In addition to technical tasks, you will also lead workshops to understand and refine our customers’ goals and understand their mission and technical requirements. Using that knowledge, you will propose and design technical solutions, implement and test those solutions, document your designs and procedures, and transfer your knowledge to your customer. Your goal is to lead the customers through their journey to successfully adopt our platform for their end users.
• You will have a minimum of three years of experience with Omnissa Horizon and related Omnissa products in Federal environments, preferably with STIG hardening guides.
• You will interact with various customers’ teams, from technical engineers and system administrators to military leaders. You will communicate effectively to all audiences—this is key to the success of your engagement.
• We can’t improve without the collaboration of every team member. We will count on you to challenge existing delivery processes and to assist in the continuous improvement of our consulting tools and knowledge, including enhancing our implementation methodology for our Federal Secure Customers.

Education: Technology related 4-year degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

The typical base salary for this role is between USD $135,000 – $185,000 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program. Actual compensation offer may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, skill level, or other relevant factors.
