Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Service Delivery Representative (Senior Background Screening Verifications Specialist) to be part of our HR Global Delivery Team. In this role, you will:

• Support service delivery of HR products and processes across one or more functional areas within HR that may be related to, but not limited to, one or more HR functional areas such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, pay, benefits, incentive plan administration, HRIS and records management, leave of absence, employee and labor relations, HR compliance

• Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within one or more functional areas within HR

• Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks

• Be responsible for complex operational tasks that may include, but not limited to records management, report generation, and other transactions across internal human resources information systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and/or other specialized tools within other HR areas like recruitment, incentive administration, etc

• Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff

• Interact with immediate team, internal or external customers, and internal peers outside of work group on wide range of information

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Experience: 2+ years in background screening verification, preferably for U.S. candidates.

• Skills: Excellent English communication (written and verbal), strong analytical ability, proficiency in MS Office.

• Preferred: Familiarity with PBSA standards and vendor platforms.

• Willing to work on night shift (8pm-5am Manila time)

Job Expectations:

• Ensure compliance with Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and U.S. employment law

• Prepare and deliver verification reports within SLA timelines

• Collaborate with internal HR teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies

• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality in all processes

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in HR Service Delivery
