What You’ll Do
• Manage your own family law caseload from initial consultation through settlement or trial. Serve as lead counsel on new matters, develop case strategy, and guide clients through every stage of the family law litigation process.
• Represent clients at hearings, settlement conferences, depositions, mediations, and trials in Orange County and surrounding Southern California courts.
• Provide practical, strategic legal advice on divorce, child custody, child and spousal support, property division, domestic violence, and post-judgment matters. Help clients make informed decisions during some of the most important moments of their lives.
• Negotiate favorable settlements whenever possible while preparing every case as though it may proceed to trial. Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, discovery, and settlement agreements with precision and attention to detail.
• Contribute ideas that improve the firm's systems, workflows, and client experience. As the firm continues to grow, your leadership and input will help shape its future.
• Work closely with the firm's owner and legal support staff in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Share knowledge, mentor junior team members when appropriate, and help foster a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive communication, sound legal judgment, and compassionate representation. Our reputation is built on outstanding client service, and every team member contributes to that standard.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ Years of California Family Law Attorney Experience: At least five years of California family law litigation experience, including courtroom appearances and trial.
• Exceptional Communication: Strong written and oral communication skills are crucial to advocate effectively for our clients and collaborate with our team.
• Growth Mindset: We're seeking individuals who aren't just looking for steady work but are eager to contribute to the law firm's growth and development.
• Bar Admission: Active member of the State Bar of California, in good standing.

Pursuant to California regulation, the salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 annually, contingent on relevant experience and education, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
