The Senior Analyst, Media Effectiveness is responsible for measuring and evaluating media performance, delivering actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across client campaigns. Working closely with media, analytics, and client teams, you will leverage reporting, statistical analysis, and performance measurement methodologies to assess the effectiveness of media investments and drive business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities


Reporting & Analytics

  • Lead campaign measurement and performance reporting across platforms including Google Ads, DV360, SA360, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and other marketing technologies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable insights and recommendations to internal and client stakeholders.
  • Support the development of KPI frameworks, measurement plans, and reporting strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Conduct media effectiveness analyses, including incrementality testing, experimentation, and statistical evaluation of campaign results.
  • Apply statistical techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and causal measurement methodologies to evaluate media impact.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and inform strategic recommendations.

Dashboard Development & Data Management

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Partner with data engineering and analytics teams to support reporting infrastructure, data integrations, and data pipelines.
  • Extract, transform, validate, and harmonize data from multiple marketing and media platforms.
  • Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and identify opportunities to automate reporting processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with media, strategy, analytics, and client teams to support measurement and media effectiveness initiatives.
  • Present performance updates, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations that support client decision-making.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, media analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience working across multiple data sources.
  • Experience with cloud-based data environments such as BigQuery, Azure, Snowflake, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods, including regression analysis and hypothesis testing.
  • Strong understanding of digital media measurement, attribution, audience data, conversion tracking, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Preferred

  • Experience with incrementality testing, experimentation frameworks, or media effectiveness measurement.
  • Knowledge of Bayesian analysis, causal inference, or marketing science methodologies.
  • Experience with Python or R for analysis and automation.
  • Exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or advanced attribution methodologies.
  • Experience working with first-party data and privacy-centric measurement solutions.
