Marsh Health and Benefits, Multinational - Senior Advisory Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our Multinational Advisory team at Marsh to focus on strategic consulting for multinational clients to deliver modern and compelling advice/solutions.This role is pivotal in providing strategic advice, relationship management, and oversight of complex cross-border projects for large multinational clients to help them understand and navigate the unique challenges, costs, risks and complexity of managing a global workforce. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the area of people strategy, with detailed knowledge of global rewards including health and well-being strategies within a multinational environment.

This role will be based in our London office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Identify and lead sales opportunities, contributing to the growth of the business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
• Drive solutions to address (complex) client issues as well as effectively communicating Marsh’s position on trends and legislation to clients.
• Make a measurable contribution through specialist research and developing intellectual capital
• Lead (large-scale) global consulting projects for multinational clients, acting as the primary consultant and guiding project teams to deliver high-quality results. Projects may include:
• Reward/global benefit strategy including well-being and benefit design
• Reward/global benefit digitization and leveraging AI
• Cost optimisation and assessing return on investment, including link to employee engagement and workforce productivity
• Impact of longevity on global workforce, including retirement, health and reward issues
• Share your knowledge and experience to support the development of team members
• Represent Marsh at industry events, conferences and through social media channels

 

What you need to have:

• International retirement/benefits/reward/people strategy experience
• Extensive experience working in a multinational environment
• Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders in our client organizations and internally
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach to consulting projects, with a track record of managing complex and dynamic requirements
